（通訊員：盧奕澤）2023年8月23日上午，在烏爾禾鉆井現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，云頂（新疆）油氣開(kāi)發(fā)有限公司舉行了隆重的開(kāi)鉆儀式。投資方金泰能源總地質(zhì)師黃昌碧、云頂公司副總經(jīng)理張義祥參加并作了重要講話，正通公司副總經(jīng)理兼安全總監(jiān)包明魁參加。
此次油砂礦產(chǎn)能建設(shè)鉆井項(xiàng)目，開(kāi)啟了雙方合作的里程碑，有望為油砂開(kāi)采帶來(lái)新的發(fā)展。通過(guò)此次合作，正通公司和云頂公司將共同致力于提高油砂鉆井開(kāi)采技術(shù)水平，實(shí)現(xiàn)高效、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的礦產(chǎn)能建設(shè)。
包明魁表示，正通公司積累了豐富的油砂礦鉆井技術(shù)和施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備從鉆井、定向井、固井到增產(chǎn)增油壓裂措施一條龍服務(wù)能力。正通公司將嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行甲方的各項(xiàng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和要求，強(qiáng)化現(xiàn)場(chǎng)組織管理措施，把云頂油砂礦項(xiàng)目打造成精品工程、甲方滿意工程、放心工程。
云頂（新疆）油氣開(kāi)發(fā)有限公司，成立于2022年，位于新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)塔城地區(qū)，是一家以從事石油和天然氣開(kāi)采業(yè)為主的企業(yè)，企業(yè)注冊(cè)資本25000萬(wàn)人民幣。

This oil sands mine production capacity construction drilling project has opened a milestone in the cooperation between the two parties and is expected to bring new development to oil sands mining. Through this cooperation, Zhengtong Company and Genting Company will work together to improve the level of oil sand drilling and mining technology and achieve efficient and sustainable development of mineral production capacity.
Bao Mingkui said that Zhengtong Company’s rich experience in oil sands drilling technology and construction offers one-stop service capabilities from drilling, directional wells, cementing to fracturing measures to increase production and increase oil. Zhengtong Company will strictly implement Party A's various standards and requirements, strengthen on-site organization and management measures, and build the Genting oil sands mine project into a high-quality project that meets client satisfaction and provides reliable outcomes.
Genting (Xinjiang) Oil and Gas Development Co., Ltd. was established in 2022 and is located in Tacheng, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. It is mainly engaged in the oil and natural gas exploration industry, with a registered capital of 250 million CNY.
